PEABODY SMALL PROJECTS PANEL

House association Peabody launched a design competition in December to find 6-8 smaller architectural practices that will design Peabody housing schemes of 20 homes or fewer. PARKdesigned entered the Peabody Small Projects Panel competition, choosing the difficult Morpeth Road Garages site. Out of the 300 applicants, which included practices from Holland, Italy and the US, only 17% of the entries picked the Morpeth Road Garages site.
