PARKdesigned Architects Celebrate the Festive Season in Leeds

At PARKdesigned Architects, we value the importance of taking a step back to celebrate the people behind our projects. This year, our office Christmas party was a fantastic way to mark the end of another successful year, filled with exciting projects and creative milestones. Set in the heart of Leeds, the evening highlighted the vibrant culture of our city and the strong team spirit that drives our firm.

Kicking Off at Electric Shuffle, Leeds

We began the evening at Electric Shuffle in Leeds, a venue that merges innovation with play—a fitting start for a team of architects! The competitive energy ran high as we tested our skills at shuffleboard. Jared claimed victory, showcasing a competitive edge that might explain his knack for delivering standout architectural solutions.

The lively atmosphere at Electric Shuffle perfectly reflected our team dynamic: focused yet fun, and always striving to perform at our best. Located in Leeds’ city centre, the venue is a brilliant spot for team gatherings, blending modern design with engaging activities.

Savouring the Flavours at Blue Sakura

Our next stop was Blue Sakura in the Merrion Centre. Known for its all-you-can-eat Japanese dining experience, it did not disappoint. From freshly prepared sushi to sizzling teppanyaki, the food was as diverse and meticulous as the projects we tackle at PARKdesigned.

The setting at Blue Sakura provided the perfect opportunity to unwind, share stories from the year gone by, and toast to new opportunities ahead. As an architectural firm rooted in Leeds, we always appreciate exploring the spaces that make our city unique, and Blue Sakura offered just that—a vibrant culinary destination with an atmosphere as dynamic as its menu.

Exploring Leeds’ Nightlife

After dinner, we continued the evening by exploring a few of Leeds’ renowned bars. The festive lights of the city provided a picturesque backdrop as we embraced the holiday spirit. Leeds’ nightlife never fails to impress, and it was a fitting way to wrap up a memorable evening.

Reflecting on 2024 and Looking Ahead

As architects based in Leeds, our ethos revolves around creating spaces that inspire, and this festive gathering was a reminder of the creativity and camaraderie that fuels our work. 2024 has been a year of growth, collaboration, and exciting challenges. Our team has worked on diverse projects across the commercial, waste, and energy sectors, always with a commitment to delivering thoughtful, high-quality designs.

Looking ahead to 2024, we’re energised to continue shaping spaces that combine functionality, sustainability, and innovation. Whether it’s a large-scale commercial project or a bespoke residential design, our focus remains the same: creating places that delight, on budget and on time.

Celebrate With Us in the New Year

As we close out the year, we’d like to thank our clients, collaborators, and community for their continued support. Leeds has always been at the heart of what we do, and we’re excited to contribute to its architectural landscape in the years to come.

From all of us at PARKdesigned Architects, we wish you a joyous holiday season and a prosperous New Year. Here’s to creating spaces that inspire in 2024!
