OISOI

PARKdesigned have recently completed Oisoi in Sheffield, a new artisan food market and restaurant. Oisoi offers a new experience of oriental food by combining a ground floor artisan food market with dining on the first floor. The customer can choose their ingredients and watch their food being prepared either on the television screen or through the glass fronted kitchen. From a fresh hand-pulled noodle stand to pour your own soy sauce sourced from a 300 year old Japanese supplier, Oisoi is definitely a place for foodies.  The food market also includes a fish and meat counter and a hot and cold food bar.
