New luxury apartments in Leeds

PARKdesigned have begun work on the technical package converting a former Care Home into 9 luxury apartments in Leeds. The former 25 bed care home ceased operating due to the limitation of the existing building and the start of repair. The original building was built in 1908 as a doctors surgery and over the years has had a number of ad-hoc extensions added to it. These existing extensions will be removed along with the internal layout being completely updated. New sympathetic extensions will be added to the building to provide additional residential space.

Work has started on the Building Regulations application with construction works to begin imminently.
