Multi-use space Leeds

PARKdesigned are currently working with a private client to provide a new multi-use space in Leeds. An existing warehouse in Leeds will be transformed into a new mixed-use event, food and arts destination.

Over the years the site has had a range of uses but for the last few years it has been left vacant. PARKdesigned will bring life back into the building that will also help regenerate the local area.

The existing building will be completely re-clad in different patterns of ‘Equitone’ (a fibre cement facade material). Equitone will give the building a distinct look but also be in-keeping with the industrial heritage of the area. To help the building stand out strip lighting has been proposed that will be integrated with the cladding. Internally the building will be a flexible space allowing the building to physically change dependent on the event.
