LISTED BUILDING CONSENT LEEDS

PARKdesigned have recently been awarded Listed Building consent for changes to a former stable block in Leeds. Clock Cottage was originally built in 1856 and is a former stables block to Leventhorpe Hall. The internal alterations are to provide a modern living arrangement within a historic building. An open plan kitchen, living, dining area on the ground floor were proposed with two additional bedrooms and one additional bathroom on the first floor. Listed Building consent has been approved and work will begin towards the end of this year.
