We are delighted to announce that we are working on a new scheme. The property is based to the northeast of Leeds in the Roundhay area and is a lovely detached family home.

The proposed works will provide the client and their family with a more comfortable home as well as a larger kitchen and dining area, plus a master suite on the first floor. This master suite will include a dressing area while on the ground floor the family will be able to make use of an expanded utility room.

The client gained planning approval for a single-storey side extension back in 2017. Our proposed extension will span across two stories but will have the 2017 design remain as a key part of the design.

The extension will not be visible from the street and will have no significant impact on the neighbouring properties. it will also be designed in a way in which is sympathetic to the surrounding area.
