Leeds Conservation Area

PARKdesigned received another planning approval in Leeds Conservation Area this week. The existing house is labelled as a ‘positive building’ in Roundhay Conservation Area by the Leeds Planning Department which meant any alteration would need to compliment the existing building. An extension that matched the existing house was approved and provided the client with a new entrance area with WC and plant room and an open plan kitchen/living/dining area that looks out onto the garden. Also approved in the scheme was the enlargement of the existing garage, a loft conversion with dormer and a new separate store. Work has begun on the Building Regulations information with the construction to begin next year.
