Harrogate Council Approval

PARKdesigned have recently gained planning approval from Harrogate Council for a large two storey extension and house alteration. The existing house located in Knaresborough is to be entirely refurbished and extended to create a 4000sqft family home.

The proposals provide an integral double car garage, cinema room, lounge, home office, utility, play room and open plan kitchen/living/dining on the ground floor. On the first floor three additional bedrooms with en-suites have been designed along with a new family bathroom and master suite that has views over the River Nidd. One key feature that has been designed is a new entrance area. This is a double height space with bridge link to the master suite. The existing house will also being re-rendered to bring life back into a very tired home.
