LEEDS CONFERENCE FACILITY
PARKdesigned have submitted a new conference facility in Leeds for Planning Approval. The proposed extension will have a kitchen and toilets on the ground floor with a conference room for 80 covers, associated bar, terrace and toilets on the first floor. The conference facility will also have a glazed stair core to connect the existing building with the new extension. The structure will be left exposed in the conference room to help the new building blend in with the old.
