Large House Extension Bradford

PARKdesigned are nearing completion on an extension and remodel in Bradford. The project at the Drub Lane property, which began in 2021, is a two-storey side extension, single-storey rear extension and a complete remodel of the ground floor.

Part of this remodel is the fitting of a sleek new kitchen which has been recently completed by Gomersal-based kitchen designers - Create Bespoke Kitchens. The matte black design is in fitting with the current boom in popularity for the black kitchen interiors, a style that has been said to symbolize sophistication.

The ground floor remodel also features the furniture that has been fitted, including an open bookcase that acts as a partition between the living room and the kitchen/dining room to help create a broken plan.

Once the project is complete, the mezzanine to the photographic studio will also help to create this and it is very close to being finished off so the client will be able to enjoy the views across the greenbelt.

The contractors, Bourke Build expect to be done with their work on the property by the end of the month and we look forward to announcing the project’s completion.
