Large Extension and house re-model in Bradford

Construction work has begun on our large two storey side extension and single storey rear extension in Drub. The initial phase of three is to construct the shell of the extensions and undertake the external work including the large rear patio that has glorious views over the greenbelt which is located between Cleckheaton, Birkenshaw, and Gomersal.

The two storey extension will have a large garage for their camper van and utility on the ground floor. A two storey void with feature staircase will then take you up to the first floor extension that will have a photographic studio with store and shower room. The rear single storey extension will provide additional living area to take advantage of their views. The second and third phase will involve the internal work of the house. This will be moving the kitchen to the other side of the house, a new pantry, a new utility, a new office and a new feature staircase. to the first floor of the main house.
