HOUSE RE-MODEL AND EXTENSION MENSTON
Construction work has begun on a single storey rear extension and internal alterations to a home in Menston. The large extension is within the greenbelt in Leeds therefore the design is sympathetic to the original house. However, modern day living will be incorporated with an open plan kitchen/living/dining area that opens onto the garden. It will be flooded with light from two bi-folding doors and rooflights. Other alterations include a cinema room, utility and WC. The project will be completed in March 2017. Please see below a photo-montage of what the extension will look like when finished.
