HOUSE EXTENSION ROUNDHAY

PARKdesigned have recently obtained planning permission for a house alteration and single storey side and rear extension in Roundhay. The primary aim of the proposal was to transform the Ground floor into a more modern living environment. At the First and Second floor minor works are proposed to create larger bedrooms and a self contained living space for guests / relatives. The single storey rear extension has a nearly 10 metre expanse of glass that gives the client the inside/outside feel they are after. A green roof and a 5.5 metre long roof light also provide a modern feel to the extension. A new boot room and garage are provide to the front of the house in a more traditional look to match the existing house.
