House Extension Completion

Just before lockdown PARKdesigned gave practical completion on the house renovation and extension of a property in Halifax. The existing house was completely renovated with an extremely large extension built that was over 100m². A newly designed entrance with new stair led into an open plan kitchen/living/dining space that had a separate pantry. The existing rear of the house was opened up by over 6m to allow for the kitchen to flow into the open plan space. A new utility, boot room with fitted furniture and separate games room and sunken lounge with a two way fire were also designed. As well as a 6m bi-folding door there was also 4 separate skylights (two measured 1.5m x 4m) . All this glass helps flood the house with natural light.
