HOUSE CONVERSION LEEDS
PARKdesigned are nearing completion on a two storey extension and complete refurbishment to a two hundred year old house. The property in North Leeds is within the Conservation area and has been altered numerous times throughout the two hundred years or so since original construction. The layout comprises the original Georgian house signified by the four windows and central door, which has been extended twice to the rear and possibly to the right side with the archway to the neighbouring property, which leads to the cobbled courtyard at the right side.
A new rear two storey extension has been constructed for a open plan kitchen/living area, WC and lobby area on the ground floor and a master suite on the First Floor. Other major internal alterations include a new re-located oak staircase, additional en-suites, a new dining room and renovation to an existing internal well.
Photos of the finished project will follow shortly.
