3D VISUALS

Recently PARKdesigned were asked by a commercial client to provide a photo realistic visual of their proposed canteen area for a staff presentation. Our talented team created a high quality architectural visualisation that showed the proposed “staff hub”. The project is now complete and a recent site photograph illustrates how close our visual was to the finished scheme.

The need for CGI’s (Computer Generated Images) are becoming increasingly more important  for clients and designers to illustrate how the final scheme will look. They also provide a key part to planning submissions, marketing information and also help when sourcing finance for a project.
