HOUSE ALTERATION IN SCARCROFT

PARKdesigned are currently on-site with a house alteration in Scarcroft, Leeds. The existing house has had a much needed refurbishment including rebuilding  the rear single storey extension and re-roofing. Key design features are new underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, a hague blue kitchen with bronze fittings, and large bi-folding doors and skylights. The new steel beams have even been given a ‘plaster of paris’ finish to give them an oak effect.

Decorating begins next week with the house due for completion by the end of May.
