Horsforth Rear Extension

We are delighted to announce that we have submitted a planning application for a property in Horsforth. The application is for a single-storey extension to the rear of the property that will have a stone appearance in order to complement the existing house.

The extension will have a pivot door and it will also have a window seat on the exterior that will connect to the extension.

The extension will allow the creation of an open plan kitchen, dining, and living space and will provide the client with a custom-designed area that is perfectly suited to their needs. It will also come with fitted storage solutions in order to maximize the usefulness of the extension.

The property had previously had an extension built and we will be altering the layout of the ground floor so that we can provide the client with a better utility room and WC - previously the WC was only accessible via the utility room.

In addition to the work on the property’s ground floor, we will also be lowering the home’s basement height so that it can be used as a home office - we are also proposing the construction of a lightwell at the front of the property so that the space will have an abundance of natural light.
