House refurbishment Harrogate

PARKdesigned Architects have begun on-site on a refurbishment and alteration of a house in Harrogates greenbelt. The existing house will be completely gutted with new floor structures fitted, existing walls and chimney breasts removed, underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and new handmade windows by Biker Bespoke. Biker will also be hand-making the fitted furniture in the bedrooms and boot room that has been designed by PARKdesigned Architects. A main feature of the house is a new two way wine wall for 126 bottles that has been designed in the entrance lobby.

Currently the bathrooms have been stripped and re-boarded with the tiling now being fitted. The completion is due to be the end of October for the main house with the gardens being landscaped as part of phase 2 of the project.
