Conservation Area North Leeds Extension

PARKdesigned have nearly completed their two storey side extension and loft conversion of an existing house in Roundhays Conservation area. This extension was another one of our carefully designed projects which not only the clients loved but so did Leeds Planning department.

The existing house was completely stripped out and put back together with a new side extension built that is as big as a standard house-builders house! Due to the trees the extension had to be piled and at one stage had to be fully tented whilst the existing roof was removed to convert the existing loft.

Working with the Structural Engineer we were able to provide additional space for a bedroom with a large gable window and ensuite in an area that was cluttered with the roofs structure.

The finishing touches are now being applied. The house looks fantastic and is now a modern family house for a couple with three children to enjoy.
