PARKdesigned were appointed by Telford Development Ltd to redevelop the existing Eden Complex site, in Oakengates, Telford in order to facilitate new residential accommodation. The proposal aims to provide a high quality residential scheme located in close proximity to Oakengates Centre. The apartments have been located to the east of the site with the building scale decreasing in height as you move towards the site entrance and Canongate. The proposed development is for 86 apartments (65no. 1 bed apartments | 21no. 2 bed apartments).
