PARKdesigned were commissioned by a private developer to convert two apartments back into a 5 bedroom family house in the heart of Roundhay. The entire house was stripped back to its shell with existing features retained where possible. New wiring, plumbing and coving was fitted with the house being painted in Farrow and Ball colours throughout. The development also included obtaining planning permission for off-street parking.
