PARKdesigned were part of the project team for a new artisan food market and restaurant in Sheffield. Oisoi offers a new experience of oriental food by combining a ground floor artisan food market with dining on the first floor. The customer can choose their ingredients and watch their food being prepared either on the television screen or through the glass fronted kitchen. The food market also includes a fish and meat counter and a hot and cold food bar.
