Our completed house project in the heart of the beautiful Leeds Conservation Area that had a remarkable transformation featuring a two-storey extension with a loft conversion that has taken this home to new heights of elegance and functionality.

The heart of this home is now a spacious, light-filled open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area. This harmonious space is perfect for family gatherings, entertaining friends, or simply enjoying everyday life. Large crittall windows flood the room with natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere. The modern kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with all the latest amenities and stylish finishes. In addition to the open living space, the ground floor now boasts a convenient utility room and a well-appointed WC, adding a layer of practicality to this beautifully designed home.

The first floor extension has been transformed into a luxurious master suite. It includes a spacious bedroom, a separate dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom. The master suite is designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, providing a private retreat for the homeowners.
