Wakefield Restaurant

PARKdesigned have recently submitted for Building Control approval for a new restaurant in Wakefield. The existing building was an Indian Restaurant which was badly damaged from a fire in 2017. Fire engulfed the premises damaging both the ground floor and first floor.

Following the fire, a new restaurateur took over the building and is currently in the process of repair to turn it into an Italian restaurant. The new Italian restaurant will hold 80 covers with a separate bar area in phase 1. Phase 2 will convert the first floor into an additional restaurant/bar area with views across Wakefield.
