PARKdesigned have been shortlisted at the RICS Pro Yorkshire Awards which takes place tonight in York. Chadwick Lodge in Leeds has been shortlisted in the Building Conservation category. PARKdesigned are shortlisted alongside some great projects including Sheffield Cathedral.
The RICS awards showcase the achievements of the most inspirational regional initiatives and developments in land, property, construction and the environment. The ceremony is taking place at the National Railway Museum in York and is hosted by property expert and television presenter Phil Spencer.
The project that has been shortlisted is Chadwick Lodge, a grade II listed building in Leeds. The building was refurbished into a music recording studio and offices.
