PARKdesigned have recently applied for planning approval of a demolition of an existing dilapidated public house and the construction of 5no. dormer bungalows with associated off street parking and gardens to the front and rear of the property.

The dwelling layout is to provide most of the Living, Kitchen. Bathroom & Bedroom space on the ground floor with a further Playroom / Study Area to the first floor / roof space with storage within the roof eaves. The Playroom / Study Area will also have views looking over the Living space below and out to the rear garden through a double storey glazed window.
The principles of secured design will be incorporated into the dwellings as is required by current and impending changes to the Building Regulations.
