Residential Extension Leeds

PARKdesigned have recently had photographs taken of a wonderful rear extension to a house in Leeds that was completed before lockdown. The new extension provides an open plan kitchen/living/dining area with a separate WC and boot room.

The design of the extension was to be modern but sympathetic to the existing house. This has been achieved by re-using three of the existing walls and also by the material palette that was chosen. One of our favourite parts of the design is the overhanging roof which provides cover not just at the new entrance door but also over part of the new floating patio.
