RESIDENTIAL EXTENSION LEEDS
PARKdesigned have recently submitted for planning approval for a single storey rear extension in a Conservation area in Leeds. The lovely stone extension will house a swim spa, gym and entertainment area. There will also be a new kitchen and dining area as part of the scheme.
A contemporary extension has been designed by the use of large openings and a polished concrete detail that wraps around the top of the extension and steps down over the new opening. Another feature that has been incorporated into the design is an external sliding pocket door to provide the inside/outside feel.
