RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
PARKdesigned are currently working on a residential scheme in Leeds for 32 houses. The scheme is in its early stages but will provide a catalyst for regeneration to the area. PARKdesigned will be working in the next few weeks with a planning consultant and landscape architect to help design a sympathetic scheme to the local surroundings with open areas of public space key to the final design. The style of the dwellings will be a modern take on the surrounding properties to help with the regeneration of the area.
