Private Home Leeds

PARKdesigned were asked to design a new two storey house for a private client in the North Leeds area. 

The plan features a double-height space, blessing the spacious interior with natural light that visually connects it to the outdoors with a feature staircase as you walk in. The staircase will complement the space it is in through its design and the materials used while adding architectural interest that will bring the property to life as soon as you enter. 

The house will also include a separate library, a gym, a cinema room and a lounge. The open plan of the kitchen, dining and living rooms will allow the same natural light and airflow to circulate through the spaces from the beautiful bronze window walls that also offer a beautiful look out onto the garden. 

The house is designed to reflect our ethos of creating exciting spaces with long term added value and will be heavily wooded, seamlessly utilising top quality timber with concrete and long buff bricks, which offer a brighter and more modern aesthetic than more traditional bricks. 

The five double bedrooms that the site is set to feature will all have en-suite bathrooms and the house will also have a garage with space for three vehicles.
