North Leeds Conservation Area Extension

PARKdesigned are nearing completion on a large extension and loft conversion in the Conservation area of North Leeds. The alterations to the house will increase the area by 57% from 2669sqft to 4018sqft with the two storey extension being the size of a standard 3 bedroom house.

A large open plan kitchen/dining/living area has been designed along with a new large utility, entrance area and WC on the ground floor. A large master suite with walk-in-wardrobe fills the entire first floor extension. A loft conversion has also been designed to provide a guest suite with their own feature window.

The design externally has been in keeping with the original house but with a modern twist by the use of Crittall doors and windows. The shell of the build is on target to be completed by the end of April.
