PARKdesigned have recently gained approval to demolish an existing warehouse building, creating space for new modern residential accommodation. The proposed site accommodates two, four bedroom detached houses in the centre of the plot, each with their own private garden.

The proposed houses are identical in floor plan to each other and include a modern open plan living/kitchen/dining area, WC, Utility and Study at ground level. The large open plan kitchen/diner is at the rear and opens up to the lawned garden space via bi-fold doors. At first floor there is a master bedroom with en-suite, a family bathroom and 3 other bedrooms. Construction on the houses is due to begin at the start of 2020.
