NEW BUILD HOUSE IN WAKEFIELD

Construction has begun on PARKdesigneds new build house in Wakefield.  The site currently has a three bedroom bungalow that was unsuitable for our client’s requirements.

Planning was granted in September 2015 to demolish the bungalow and replace it with a new, contemporary 5 bedroom family house.

The layout has been designed with modern living in mind and includes a spacious open plan area spanning the rear of the house incorporating the kitchen, dining and family areas. The ground floor accommodation also contains a large, separate home office to allow the occupiers to run their business from the house.

A simple, considered material pallette of Mystique bricks, aluminium framed windows and Zinc cladding will give this house a distinctive appearance in its locality.
