MODERN EXTENSION LEEDS

PARKdesigned have submitted an application for planning approval for a three storey and two storey rear extension to a house in Leeds. The two storey extension comprising the new staircase has been designed as a modern addition to the existing house with a long slot window that looks to be carved into the wall.  The three storey extension has been designed to replicate the existing house and will provide an open plan living/kitchen/dining, a master bedroom with walk-in-wardrobe and en-suite and a guest bedroom.
