Major House Refurbishment North Leeds

PARKdesigned are nearing completion on a major refurbishment in the North Leeds greenbelt. The existing ground floor was completely re-modeled to create a modern family home. The existing layout was dark and created odd sized rooms. The new layout is a light and open but still has areas where the client can have their own private space. The existing ground floor was removed and a new concrete floor with underfloor heating powered by a ground source heat pump was fitted. We also designed a 6m opening in the existing rear wall to flood the kitchen/living area with natural light.

The transformation is amazing and we can not wait to have some final photographs of the house.
