Ilkley – private residential extension

PARKdesigned have begun construction on a large private extension to an existing dwelling in Ilkley. The proposed extension will create open plan living that incorporates large bi-folding doors. The extension to the existing dwelling was the first permitted development that was allowed by Bradford City Council under the new rules.
