Harrogate Office Conversion into Townhouses

PARKdesigned have completed the transformation of an existing solicitors office in the middle of Harrogate into three townhouses. The project within Harrogates Conservation area has been a great success for the developer with two house being sold and one being retained to rent out.

The new houses have a modern feel with open plan living but also the traditional features of the building have been retained or restored where necessary. Before it was a solicitors office the existing building was original the Old Court House of Harrogate. Whilst undertaking the renovations we think we found the existing cells and court room. It has been a fantastic project to be part of and we are pleased that the empty building has been brought back to life and given a new purpose for many years to come.
