Greenbelt Leeds House Refurbishment

PARKdesigned have recently completed a house refurbishment in the North Leeds Greenbelt. The existing ground floor did not work and created dark and awkward shaped rooms. The new layout creates a large open plan kitchen/dining/living that is flooded with natural light from the 6m sliding door. Without extending a new utility, pantry, separate lounge, play room and office have been designed. The existing floor was removed and replaced with underfloor heating that is powered by a new ground source heat pump.

The first floor master suite was also changed to provide the client with a new walk-in-wardrobe along with a new en-suite.
