Brandy Carr Road Wakefield Extension and Renovation

PARKdesigned Architects are currently working on another residential scheme in Wakefield that will again see an extension and renovation. This scheme will see the front of the property be extended following our planning approval at the back end of August.

Our involvement will see the internal aspects of the home be altered significantly to accommodate an open plan kitchen and dining room. The property’s existing garage will be retained and converted into a gym, utility room, and bathroom.

The ground floor bedroom will be extended as well as the bedroom and office on the first floor. The existing sunroom will be renovated and turned into a more usable space thanks to the addition of a tiled roof and a gable window. We also designed a new entrance porch for the home and this will be a focal point of the home and one of the first things that visitors will see.
