Bonnersfield Lane: A Contemporary Residential Development Nearing Completion

We are pleased to share that our Bonnersfield Lane development in Harrow is now approaching final completion. This contemporary residential scheme, located just minutes from Harrow-on-the-Hill station, has been a key project for PARKdesigned, and one which reflects our commitment to high-quality, contextually responsive architecture with strong commercial awareness.

The project comprises nine high-quality apartments across four storeys, designed to sit comfortably within its suburban setting while providing a confident, modern identity. The massing strategy was developed to sensitively respond to its surroundings, with the building stepping down to the north to meet the scale of the adjacent properties. Carefully selected materials, including pale brickwork and bronze-coloured metal detailing, give the façade a crisp, elegant appearance, with the varied window compositions adding further depth and interest.

Each unit has been designed to maximise light and space. Large, thermally-efficient windows allow for generous natural daylight, while open-plan living areas enhance the sense of volume. Outdoor amenity space has been provided for each apartment through private balconies and terraces, offering residents both visual connection to the surrounding landscape and practical outdoor use.

As the scheme moves into its final phase, finishing touches are being completed both internally and externally. Internally, the fit-out is progressing with a focus on quality and attention to detail — from the bespoke joinery to the carefully considered lighting. Externally, hard and soft landscaping is being installed, tying the building into its context and enhancing the pedestrian experience at street level.
