Blenheim Road Wakefield Extension and Renovation

PARKdesigned Architects are currently working on a residential scheme in Wakefield that will see the existing home expand thanks to a two-storey extension at the rear. In addition to this extension, the home will also benefit from a new entrance porch as well as a carport.

The existing aspects of the home will also see major changes with the client requesting a renovation that will see a new open plan living/dining/cooking area created - this will serve as the focal point of the home. Elsewhere on the ground floor, the extension will enable the addition of a playroom, a home office, and a laundry room.

Our team have also designed a new staircase that will lead to the first-floor art studio. Upstairs there will be a new master bedroom and an ensuite to accompany the second bedroom. These additions are all made possible by the two-storey rear extension.
