PARKdesigned attended a lunchtime seminar at Steelcase Leeds on Biophilic Design. The talk as given by Oliver Heath who explored the principles of biophilic design and how creating ‘human centered’ spaces can improve the health and wellbeing of the many spaces that we live and work in. PARKdesigned found the science and style of biophilic design intriguing and definitely something we will look into further.
It was also a great opportunity to see the new offices of Steelcase in Leeds. Steelcase works with the world’s leading organizations to create places that amplify the performance of their people, teams and enterprise.
