Guiseley
PARKdesigned were commissioned to re-model and extend a 1930’s three bedroom semi-detached house for a growing family. A wrap around single storey extension (to both the side and rear) was designed with the focus of the house being a central kitchen/ dining area. Although the scheme is open plan the design also creates separate sitting areas that the family can use when they require their own space. The project came in on time and on budget with a high quality finish.

MEANWOOD
PARKdesigned remodeled a new build house on a large development in Meanwood, Leeds. The proposal comprised of internal alterations with a single storey rear extension replacing an existing conservatory. The extension was under the new rules of permitted development which enabled works without the requirement of planning approval. A handmade kitchen highlights the open design of the extension with bi-folding doors opening the space to the outside.

PARKdesigned were commissioned by a private client to remodel their existing home in North Leeds. The brief was to provide the family with an open plan kitchen/living/dining area that extends outside into the garden. After developing the concept with the client a preferred single storey extension was chosen that compliments the existing house, this new addition was carried out under permitted development
