About the project

PARKdesigned were appointed to design a new build house in Wakefield. A new contemporary 5 bedroom family house was designed to replace the existing three bedroom bungalow that was unsuitable for our client’s requirements.

The layout designed with modern living in mind, includes a spacious open plan area spanning the rear of the house incorporating the kitchen, dining and family areas. The ground floor accommodation also contains a large, separate home office to allow the occupiers to run their business from the house. A simple, considered material palette of mystique bricks, aluminium framed windows and stone cladding will give this house a distinctive appearance in its locality.
