PARKdesigned  have completed a full refurbishment of a penthouse apartment in Leeds City Centre. The existing curved walls and poor layout were removed to create a flexible living and dining space to suit the residents needs. A large kitchen/dining area was designed to provide the client with entertaining space that can spill out onto the balcony with views over Leeds. Where most apartments would struggle for storage space, PARKdesigned  have created a mezzanine area above the kitchen. This area is accessed via a loft ladder and provides the client with additional space they thought they would never have.
