ABOUT THE PROJECT

PARKdesigned were commissioned by Frontiera Real Estate Ltd to act as project Architect for the conversion of the former Chubb HQ Building in Sunbury. The 12 storey 50,000ft building had until recently been used as an office for Chubb Security before Permitted Development rights had been obtained to convert the space into 80, one and two bedroom luxury apartments. Although the internal works were carried out under the office to residential permitted development rights the new external envelope required full Planning Approval.
