PARKdesigned recently completed a new purpose built factory for Martech UK in Dewsbury. The 35,000ft² warehouse unit is the first phase of three buildings to be built on the site. When finally complete the new HQ campus will consist of three elements (Office HQ, Production warehouse and Storage facility). The scheme will house 100 members of staff, for one on the largest manufacturers of LED downlights in the UK.  This additional local factory will allow Martech to continue the growth of catalogue products, product variations and custom lighting solutions.
